DubaiChargeHub ("we," "us," or "our") operates this website as an independent guide and directory for EV charger installers in Dubai.

Information we collect

We may collect limited information such as:

• Website usage and interaction data through analytics tools, such as pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, navigation patterns, device/browser information, and technical performance events
• Information you voluntarily send us by email
• Information you submit when requesting installer matching, such as your name, email, phone number if provided, Dubai area or community, EV model, installation timing, property and parking context, and any notes you choose to provide
• Technical information such as browser type, device type, and pages visited

How we use information

We may use this information to:

• Improve the website and decision tools
• Understand how visitors use the site, including where users scroll, click, navigate, or encounter friction
• Respond to enquiries and installer-matching requests
• Identify installer options that appear relevant to the information you submitted
• Maintain site security and performance

Installer-matching requests

If you explicitly request installer matching, we may share the information you submitted with selected installers only for the purpose of responding to that request. We do not ask for payment-card details, identity documents, or an exact home address through the matching form. Submitting a request does not create an installation contract or require you to hire any provider.

Third-party links

DubaiChargeHub may link to third-party provider websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or policies of those third-party sites.

Cookies, analytics and session recordings

We use analytics tools to understand website traffic, navigation and usability. These currently include Google Analytics, Plausible Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Microsoft Clarity can generate heatmaps and session-playback reconstructions from page content and user interactions such as clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, page navigation and viewport changes. Sensitive input-field content is masked by Clarity, and the installer-matching form is explicitly configured for masking. Website hosting and form-processing providers may also process technical or submitted information as necessary to operate the site and receive requests. To understand which pages lead to relevant installer requests, we also keep a small first-party record in the browser’s session storage containing the first page visited, the previous page before the matching form, and short marketing campaign labels when supplied in the URL. This session-only record does not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, typed search terms or full URL queries. If an enquiry is voluntarily submitted, those routing labels may be included with the request. Closing the browser session normally clears the session-storage record.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, analytics, communication, or form handling, and may be shared with selected installers when you have specifically requested installer matching.
